The Shoreline at Calypso is a premium luxury unit containing 3 king suites in a western facing, low level (3rd floor), corner unit. Yes, you read that correctly - 3 bedrooms each with king sized beds and each with a dedicated full bathroom. The Shoreline served as the model home for Calypso's western tower (tower 2) when it was developed in 2007. Being on the 3rd floor corner, this unit lives more like a home than a condo. The height of the unit is perfect to give slight elevation for long range views, but low enough to feel like you're on the beach. It is also located on the same level as the garage crossover so elevators are not an issue. You know developers always choose their most appealing unit to serve as the model home - well you've found it!
We purchased this unit in February of 2022 and renovation began in April. This was a total remodel. The unit now sports new wooden plank porcelain tile floors, remodeled master bath and second bath with new and enlarged tiled shower, new granite counter tops on single level kitchen cabinets, new curtains, new HVAC system, and the installation of Beadboard , crown molding and shoe molding in select areas. We then topped it off with all new paint, new furniture and bedding, new Polywood patio furniture, four new smart T Vs and new unique decor.

The kitchen - dining - living areas are oriented to the west for the most incredible views found anywhere. You'll be able to view the famous Russell Fields Pier from both inside and outside your unit which makes a special and beautiful backdrop for the best sunsets you've ever experienced. Of course, you'll be able to take a short 300 step walk to fabulous Russell Field Pier and Pier Park shopping and restaurants!
This unit includes a two lounger set-up with an umbrella at the beach at no additional cost. If you're into beautiful sunsets and stunning gulf views along with being close to everything, this is the place for you! This unit is perfect for three couples, as well as families. It's also great for the popular girl's trips or men's fishing and golf trips that so many enjoy. The sofa also makes a queen bed for a unit maximum of 8 guests. There is also a full size washer / dryer in the unit for your personal use.
You will park across the street in the Calypso garage. Entry to the garage is by private key code. The crossover to the resort is on the third floor which is also the floor for your unit. You will proceed directly to your unit, by-passing all the lines for the elevators and condo offices. You will then enter a private key code to unlock the door and enter. You don't have to go to a lobby to "check in" or to a different location to "get your keys".
Calypso Resort charges a $20 registration fee per party which includes access to all resort amenities plus access to one parking spot in the North Garage, across the street. If your party has more than one vehicle, a second parking space can be purchased for an additional $20. The fee covers the entire duration of your stay.
